About

Mindi Sheer is a dancer, researcher, and dance educator, whose career has been built on a desire to move, communicate, collaborate, inquire, engage and understand complex systems. She has been a competitive dancer, fisheries biologist, geographer, ecologist, researcher, and an author. She is now working on building the Latin dance community in Spokane through dance classes, private dance lessons, and running a Latin Dance Ensemble.

A diverse background and perspective has given Mindi a deep appreciation of authentic movement and musicality, improvisation in partner dancing, and the therapeutic life-altering aspects of dance.
